Cancellation Policy

Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. All registrations are non-refundable, unless cancellation is made 48 hours before reservation, via email or phone. If the class is cancelled by Maille Laine, it will be rescheduled or refunded. The class is offered subject to a minimum number of participants. No refunds or make-up classes will be offered in the event of an absence. A full-session registration may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
