  All orders placed our site are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, we will issue you a store credit. We will only offer a refund for your order if we are unable to fulfill it correctly due to any error on our part.
• We are happy to accept returns on yarn for store credit within 90 days of purchase if unused, in original condition, and with the original receipt.
