SHIPPING POLICY

Goods purchased on our site can either

  • be picked up at the store (no shipping fees)

  • be shipped out to you (within Canada)


We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates

For orders of 200$ and more (before tax) -shipping is on us!

Shipping rates are based on the Ship To address:

For orders under 200$ (before tax)

  • Quebec and Ontario: Flat rate of 13$ 

  • Yukon, Nunavut and Northern Territories: Flat rate of 19$ 

  • All other Canadian provinces: Flat rate 17$

Gift Card purchases will not count towards a cart total qualifying your order for free shipping.

Exception:

Shipping fees may vary if the total weight is higher than 2kgs. We will contact you to confirm shipping.

Delivery time

  • Allow 3 business days to process your order.

  • Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.

  • Maille Laine cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive or are lost during transit, or had an error in the shipping address.

  • If an item is out of stock or if there is a question about your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.

  • Please contact contact@mailellaine.com if you have any questions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Online orders are not refundable.
    It is possible to cancel the online order, if it has not been processed (ie if shipping label has not been issued). Please give us a call as soon as possible, and if the shipping label has not been created, we will issue a store credit.

  • We only offer a refund for your online order if we are unable to fulfill it correctly due to any mistake on our part.

  • We gladly accept returns on yarn for store credit within 30 days of purchase if unused, unwinded and in original condition, and with the original receipt.

  • Unless there was a mistake on our part, we are not responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • A store credit will only be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise, in good condition. We do not take responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged during shipping.

  • Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on books, magazines, needles, accessories, notions, or sale items.
